Shipping is a flat $4.99 on orders under $10, and free on orders of $10 or more.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After processing, U.S. delivery is estimated at 5–12 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and items from the same order may be shipped separately at no additional shipping charge.
Returns
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn or unused, with tags attached and in their original packaging, and you will need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, email us at support.zyvo.care@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions and a return shipping label.
The following items cannot be returned: perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal-care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
